And once again, a recipe that is deeply rooted in Northern Italy returns to inspire the confectionery art and creativity of two companies that have Sicily in their DNA.
Made entirely by hand, from the dough to the baking, the Colomba cake celebrates the pastry tradition of the Bel Paese, passing down its secrets with passion. The wonderful tin boxes, adorned by special decorations by the best Sicilian artists and inspired by the island’s white and blue majolica tiles, help preserve the intense aroma of these sweet creations and bring the vivid “Mediterranean Blue” and fresh sea breeze to mind.
