Cuordilava is the prestigious red wine produced on the slopes of the volcano of Mount Etna and created out of the collaboration between Dolce&Gabbana and Donnafugata, two outstanding Italian companies united by their unconditional love for Sicily, their passion for their work and for attention to detail.

Cuordilava is made from Nerello Mascalese grapes, a grape variety native to this area.

The wine features a bouquet of small red fruits accompanied by spicy notes that blend with hints of forest floor.

On the palate it is pervasive and deep, distinguished by soft tannins and elegant minerality.

The persistent finish enhances the extraordinary personality of Cuordilava, the ruby red hue of which brings the intensity of the volcano’s lava to mind, right when it emerges with all its force from the crater.
