Necklace comprises a fine "belcher" chain and a pendant depicting a religious image embellished with a yellow gold filigree frame, topped with a clover of round black sapphires. The pendant is clasped to a black jade faceted bead, joined by hand. A medallion with the Virgin Mary and the DOLCE&GABBANA logo on the back has been added to the end of the adjustable chain.
